TAKE-BACK PROGRAMME

As part of our commitment to sustainability, the Take-Back Programme are exclusively for customers who purchase our ExpoFlor Rewind carpets, DESSO carpet tiles, or Flormat matting. This programme allows used carpets to be returned to us, where they’ll be responsibly recycled locally.

1.   Invoice must be fully paid.

Please indicate EITHER
  • All carpet tapes, staples, and adhesives must be removed.
  • Carpets should be free of visible debris like dirt, rocks, pebbles, or furballs.
  • Carpets must be rolled-up.

3.   Provide carpet measurements.

  • Total area, m²
  • Total weight, kg

4.   Delivery of carpets to our warehouse must be arranged.

* If you require assistance with delivery, a processing fee will apply.
